Boise native Brad has been Deputy General Counsel to several high-tech Internet and computer companies where he supported CIOs and CTOs and his practice areas included Information Technology, technology and software licensing, IP law, Internet law and related transactional work and litigation. He is currently a partner at Hawley Troxell where he chairs the firm’s IP and Internet Law Practice Group. Brad is a 1985 cum laude graduate of Brigham Young University (Provo) and a 1988 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he earned a position on the College’s law review. After law school, he received his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah.
